We purchased a new front timber door with glass through Door City at Zillmere a couple of months ago. Michael at Zillmere was polite and helpful, listened to our concerns after issues with another door company, and was able to help us with a new door. The door is beautiful, we look at it every day and love it, installation was completed with high quality to match the door. Overall we are extremely happy and would recommend Door City at Zillmere to anyone.

We had a 1200mm pivot door installed by door city 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Michael was a delight to deal with, gave me great honest advise regarding pivot vs hinge system. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Hi there, just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the new entry door Adam installed for us. The job was done back in august and I and meant to email earlier. It wasnt a straightforward job but he made sure that it was well finished and looked great. We would definitely comeback to door city if we need doors in the future.

I have just endured the nightmare of dealing with DoorCity to have four internal doors, two front doors and a security door supplied and fitted. I first contacted Door City Boondall on the fourth of June to furnish me with a quote for the above mentioned doors, and I supplied the style of doors that I wanted from the online catalogue. When I asked how long it would take to have the doors installed I was told that there was a bit of a back log, so around three weeks - fair enough. For the next three and a half months I have had to chase Door City to have this work done. They do not communicate with their customers on any sort of level, and when you pursue them for information they flat out lie to you. For instance, I was told my doors were on a truck on the way to my house, only to find out from the tradesman on site that the doors had not been built yet. As I was getting sick of being lied to by the Boondall staff I contacted the manager of Door City on the Sunshine Coast, and to his credit he did take control of the shameful situation that the Boondall shop had created. The screen door and front door were installed but did not shut, as the front door handle protruded at least two inches into the path of the security screen. When they replaced the front door, they told me that they didn't have a door handle shallow enough for the gap, and I should go and buy a new handle. After many more frustrated calls and around ten visits to my house by the tradesman, my doors have finally been installed. The only prompt correspondence that I received from them was to send me the final invoice. Once paid I received no form of apology for their service, but having dealt with them for the past three and a half months I was just happy to have them out of my life. I wish I had never heard of Door City as this experience has been the most stressful and frustrating time of my life.

I was very impressed with Door City. Like other customers on Womo, we researched different companies and entertained the idea of getting a door from a lumber yard. In the end, I'm thankful we went with this company.

We ordered timber bifold doors from Door City in Sunshine Coast , they came out to measure it and we had the doors installed quicker than originally estimated. The doors were installed by a very professional and courteous tradesman and he even cleaned up after himself. We are really happy with the bifold doors . Thank You.

Beautiful door. It was installed in January 2015. Love the door. However, it's now April and still waiting for finishing touches to be done to frame. Very disappointed with the after installation service.
