Bad customer service.
They want full payment prior to work being completed.
The doors do not fit properly.
They don't car.
David gave excellent advice and took the time to explain and offer suggestions. Great and refreshing service.

Springvale is about sales NOT customer service. Door delivered not what I wanted and then when installed wrong size.
When I complained about the door I ordered was told I signed invoice to bad all information was on it.
Manager very rude.
So make sure you measure your own doors don’t rely on them and don’t sign anything until your sure

The service up from was lovely. But if something goes wrong, they dont want to know you. Solid door, $600, warped in 4 weeks. Still had protective coating on. Wouldn't even come and have a look at it even though I sent photo's. Wouldn't discuss, or meet anywhere in the middle for a replacement. Just wiped their hands of it. Disgusted. Would never recommend them to anybody.

Product is average, but service is horrible. Job was left unfinished (caulking not completed), and piles of rubbish with nails left behind. Response from [removed due to personal identifier] was quite clear - not their problem, and it was ridiculous that anyone would expect them to clean up. Don't use.
