Worst place was quoted less at many other shops but I came here because it seemed like a better place. Literally ten minutes after it getting fixed the screen blacked out and stopped working.

Asked for any means of compensation and they said “sorry it’s not our fault the screen malfunctioned”

Anyway totally dissatisfied with the amount I spent. And the screen isn’t even clicked in properly.

Never give phone for repairs!
At parramatta westfield mall, They sent my phone to check for battery issue and damaged it during repair but did not give any refund as they have NO refund policy that was not mentioned to me before they repaired.They agreed that it stopped powering up when they changed IC in motherboard,they agreed that they should have told me regarding the policy,but as per the "technical" customer care lady, not "powering up" is not their fault (meaning ,if damaged,we don't care,its your loss). I followed up for almost two months only to be insulted by them and even the "manager" with " 5 year Master degree" will continue to give a string of excuses to cover up their mistake (your phone is an year old - is one of them :-D).
They don't know the value of hard earned money,its cheating. and google reviews confirm i am not the first one with this experience . For those who has already given their phone for repair, keep your fingers crossed,for those who haven't, congrats! ,you just saved yourself from a lot of humiliation and money.

Had my screen replaced and it never worked properly despite getting it changed again with them, then when I returned to get it fixed again they accused me of dropping it ( there was no evidence of this) I spent $150 for an i-phone screen that has never worked! Total rip off better off going to [redacted - mentions alternative business by name] who offer better warranty and service for the same price.

Professional, happy & enthusiastic - from the time I entered the Parramatta store to pick up, these guys were awesome. I'm a lawyer and migration agent who relies heavily on my IPhone for work, utterly dependent on it! These guys put me back in contact with my clients 15 minutes after breaking my screen, and with a great price. Thouroughly Recommended.

I've typically been very happy with Dr Boom stores but the Bondi junction is a joke. In the last two years I have spent over $500 with them replacing my phone screens and buying protective covers with false guarantees .The last screen I replaced broke within the first week of buying it and it broke when trying to take the phone cover off the phone (which I also purchased from the store). The staff were rude and unhelpful, they accused me of dropping my phone and refused to investigate it further. I will never go back there

Thought my iPhone was completely ruined when I've dropped in some water. But low and behold to my amazement the technician revived it for me. So thankful, as it had all my photos on it. Highly recommend their service

I had dropped my phone in water & I thought it was unfixable, and was convinced I was going to have to throw my phone out.....but anyway, tried my luck at Dr Boom. They not only FIXED it , they fixed it in half an hour! So relieved, they saved me heaps of $ .
