After many tests with my GP coming back as normal nothing showing up I knew I had to pursue specialist care .
My well-being now is like night and day.

Having severe digestion problems to the point where I am considered disabled, I was in a desperate state when starting having phone consultations with Dr. Froomes. He made me do the right test shedding light on the main problems and he assisted me to get much better. He was the first doctor after years of searching who seemed to understand my digestion issues and take steps to achieve measurable improvements.

Dr Froomes has been a fantastic. After 5 years of being ill and having seen eight gastroenterologists I finally met Dr Paul Froomes. He listens and he cares which has been so lacking in his peers. Over the last six months he has been able to get my overall health almost back to normal. His understanding of the stomach, its microbiome and its effect on my health has been outstanding. I can highly recommend him.

Dr Froomes is a knowledgeable gastroenterologist but his staff let the team down. The staff are meant to order the tablets for your treatment. After a week I got through to someone who said the tablets were on the way from Sydney. I waited a fortnight and rang again, I was told the tablets have not been ordered yet, ring back in a fortnight. I did, and the receptionist told me she couldn't look now she was out the back, and to ring back next week. Starting to feel incredulous I waited a week and called the office again, this time I was asked what was the name of the tablets I wanted, well I didn't know, so I asked her to send me the names of the tablets (and we would both know) and then I would know when I ring up again. I was sent an email saying I would only be on Phase 2 not Phase 1 like Dr. Froomes had explained. OK whatever. I rang back after another week and was told I have to do Phase 1 first, well that made sense "weed the garden first then add the plants". I was told they would ring me when the tablets arrived. After a fortnight still no call from them so I rang them yet again, and they actually had the tablets but hadn't bothered to call me. By then I was feeling like chopped dingo's liver and started to complain, the nurse just shouted me down, a simple "sorry" would have been wonderful but no such luck.

I experienced no patient care, follow up or support when undertaking a 6 week gut repair program. It was a very disappointing experience and on reflection I could have completed this at less cost and with more care somewhere else. I do not recommend.

I received FMT from Dr Froomes two years ago for chronic fatigue and have been very well since. We travelled 12 countries in 2019 and I was able to walk many miles every day without having a down day. A miracle in itself. I was able to eat and enjoy many different foods in different countries. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff and dr Froomes. Their professional manner and great treatment has allowed me to feel very comfortable in recommending the service.

Terrible patient care!! I had to follow up every test result, call his rooms a dozen times to follow up on medication prescriptions, what tests had been prescribed etc etc. Rude staff. Dr Froomes himself can't wait to get you off the phone. I have also provided his feedback to my GP.

I have been treated by Dr. Paul Froomes for between 10 and 15 years for IBS and have always found him to be very professional, very knowledgeable and an amazing doctor. His staff are also friendly, helpful and will assist you in any way they can. I have always considered Dr. Paul Froomes an exceptional and experienced gastroenterologist who knows how to treat many conditions related to the gastrointestinal tract and liver. I have been seeing him every couple of months to assess my condition and keep it in check. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has issues in these areas. Cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Paul Froomes. Thank you Dr. Froomes for your continued care and guidance.

Worst customer services I have ever experienced! Reception staff rude and no idea what’s going on in the practice.
A nurse with little or no real experience and a doctor who just wants to make money.
Stay away!!

I had bad IBS for four years after taking antibiotics for pneumonia and whooping cough. Diarrhoea based. The FMT and Dr Froomes diet fixed it. Nothing but praise from me. Worth every cent.
