My Toshiba Laptop was getting slower and slower. It was freezing up or just shutting down, doing all sorts of weird things. I was thinking that because it is 5 years old it looks like i'll have to lash out for a new one as these problems were just old age. I have similar symptoms sometimes.

I told a friend in Brisbane and he said he has just had the same problems fixed in his computer and it cost him $450.
The follow up emails have been great and I have and will continue to recommend DrPC to all of my family and friends.

Thanks Dr.PC!!!!! I'd recommend Dr.PC to everybody that has any issues with their computer. All you do is call him up, download Dr.PC and he fixes your problem there and then. It's that easy and so cheap. NO taking your computer or printer to a shop and waiting for weeks to get it back, Dr.PC fixes it while you're talking with him and you get to watch and understand what's going on at the same time. I have used Dr PC services now four times for different reasons. I had Gerald come in remotely and sorted out my email issues. When my computer was hacked into, Gerald came on board and sorted those things out and advised me on making a better password system. Lastly I had a problem with my router. My ISP tried all sorts of things to get it going to no avail. They suggested I ring D-Link and get them to do something. I was considering buying another router when I got onto Gerald. He managed to reset the router and saved me the expense of buying a newer one. I used to take my computers to a store for repairs, but with Dr PC, no need to leave home, Gerald comes to me. I live in QLD Australia now.

Every thing is explained as he goes you can freely ask any questions, easy to deal with and very pleasant over the phone.

When I first started i was a bit reluctant to try, but after he explained how his service works, i feel why not give it a go, he instructed me to go to his website and download his Quick Support software which enabled him to connect remotely, an he assured me that this program generates a RANDOM password every time you run the program, this way no one can get in with out knowing the password, and once a session is terminated they can no longer connect using the old password.

Also another great service is that Dr.PC does NOT ask all your personal information about your self for making payments online, all they ask is your name and valid email address which they use to send you an invoice for the service that was provided, which I thought was a great idea, I myself hate giving out all my personal information and credit card numbers online, but Dr.PC does not ask for any of that.

Call, Fix, Then Pay - What a Service (Haven't seen anything like it) Unlike my experience with other firms that they ask for all my personal and credit card details before anything even gets started.

And above it all the price was very reasonable at $50 a session, and even better if you are a first time customer you get a great discount of 50% OFF the flat rate fee. WHAT A SAVING.

I will now use Dr.PC for solving all my computer problems and i recommend Dr.PC to those who do need help fixing their computers.
