I had a lovely dining experience here. Wasn't the best Chinese place I had been to but I couldn't fault their food. Setting was amazing, made me feel like I'd travelled to China for a meal. Would highly recommend the Peking Duck.

Come here for Yum Cha only, the wait can sometimes be long, and restaurant is a little squishy for patrons, and staff trying to get there trolleys around the tables. The food is good and pricing is reasonable for Yum Cha, haven't tried there dinner menu here as yet so can't comment in that. Staff aren't overally friendly so don't expect to much on the service levels, and order your drinks as soon as your seated or you might be waiting a while!

Went here for yum char earlier this year with my family while in Melbourne. We had lunch, they have a large menu - so everyone should be able to find something to suit them. I didn't have any trouble. They were very busy but still managed to serve our meal fairly quickly. I didn't think there was anything special about their food, it didn't taste fantastic (as we were hoping) but it wasn't horrible either. The prices were reasonable but found the friendliness lacking. Probably wouldn't return, would rather try somewhere new.

Came here for yum char, and there was a bit of a wait for a table which I didn't mind too much, but when taken to a table we had to wait more than 10 minutes before they cleared the table and gave us our cutlery. Food was mediocre as well, ingredients didn't seem very fresh and staff did not look very motivated. I don't think I would line up for this place again.

I have been to Dragon Boat for yum cha for a couple of times and every time I went to this restaurant, they always delivered a bad service (The staff were very rude).

I have asked Chinese tea for my parents (who came down for a visit) - it took 10 minutes for the tea to arrived our table plus they placed the teapot very harsh way until the tea was dripping on the table (it was very HOT water). Really bad service. My parents were really shocked with the service. Not only that.. when I'm after about certain food for my parents -they just did not give me proper respond and walked off. it was very rude.

Even though, they have a wide range of good food - I probably wont go back to this restaurant any more.

This was the worst service that we have ever received at a restaurant, we had a group of about 15 that barely received one drink due to the lazy underaged staff, even then we had to hunt them down for it. The banquet we had was below par, cumulating with a dessert of a teaspoon full of canned fruit and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, we could have easily made that for ourselves,AND they didn't even bring us out our tea to finish the meal, we waited for twenty minutes after dessert and had to eventually ask for the bill by going downstairs to the counter as there was no one around. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The yumcha here was delicious! I had it for breakfast one morning and it was just breath taking. I went pretty early which was pretty good as the service was quite efficient however, it gets quite busy after wards.

Great sunday lunch yum cha! The place gets pretty busy, but they had lots of people bringing food around. There was a great range, and the price we paid in total was pretty good!

Been refurbished since our last visit, ultra modern and clean. We arrived at 10am on a saturday for yum cha but were not able to have trolley service as started at 11.30am. To our delight because the resturant had filled fast they started the trolley early!!!! Delicious Yum Cha, resonable as expectied prices. And they open at 8am!!! fantastic.
