Get my nails done regularly here and have been for a while now, they always do a really good job and the pricing is great!

I went to one of the workshops last month and I learnt so much! Roni was so knowledgeable and very passionate about makeup. Both of them were very welcoming and made it a very friendly and fun morning!

Great place, did an amazing job on my foils - I was a bit weary of the colour at first, but once done it looked amazing! Also had my hair done here for a wedding, which looked fantastic, it was just the way I wanted it. Pricing is average, but they had a deal going at the time I went.

I have had two sessions of laser hair removal so far, and results are fantastic! Pricing is cheaper then some other similar places, and they regularly do specials. You can also get a % discount if you pre-pay which I did. Definitely worth the money!!

Been going here for about 5 years and have never had a bad wax!! It is always very clean, the staff are always friendly and make you feel comfortable and the pricing is fairly reasonable. My only dislike is that Oakleigh can be a pain to go to on Saturday mornings as it's so busy!

Great shop that always has everything I'm looking for and more, pricing is what you would expect from health food stores.

I was NOT lucky I was with aami!! Prices are ok, but if you actually need your car fixed don't bother! My car was unfortunately a victim of the hail storm. I waited a while to get booked in (didn't mind as the damage was more cosmetic) and my car was away for 4 weeks being fixed. It was re-painted and I got it back with scratches, drips of paint and even fingerprints in the paint!! My car actually looked better with the hail damage! They wanted me to wait to be booked in for an assessment again, then had my car repaired again for another 4 weeks! No apology, no free rental car, no nothing. The communication was also terrible I was told my car was finished, then contacted the repair to pick it up only to be told it's not finished, and this happened more then once!! I can't believe such a "reputable" company would do such a terrible job!

Love the bagels here, and the atmosphere is nice and warm, however the coffee is not the greatest.

For a hotel this place is quite good, but not amazing. We've been going here for years and have even rented the function rooms, and unfortunately it's a bit hit and miss, some times the meals are really good, other times they are just ok. Overall it's usually a good experience, and whenever we have had problems they are usually very quick to apologise and offer solutions. Having a function here was good value and it was easy to organise with a good selection of food.

I believe this place has the best coffee in Carnegie! Their service is excellent, they are always friendly and their coffee's are always good!
