Called them on the Friday morning of the big storm as we had blocked storm water drains. They were out to our house by late afternoon. Both the lady we spoke to on the phone and the man that came out to diagnose and clear the drain were so friendly and helpful. Service was top notch and would definitely use again. Highly recommend.

We had a blocked drain before a scheduled big storm, which had already flooded our garage and was threatening to flood our house. Drainpro guaranteed someone would be here within 3 hours and they were. With state of the art machinery, Jim was able to locate the blockage and clear it.....he was so professional and I was amazed he found the blockage so quick. Jim promptly returned our call, arrived on time on sunday to our blocked shared sewer, spent 20 mins testing, determining it was south east waters problem in the street, organised se water to come (which they did) and was very fair about their bill. Jim was polite, efficient and explained everything clearly hence we will use this firm again happily.
