I'd met with numerous "free" brokers and I was convinced by them that trying to find a home in Canberra wouldn't be achievable as a single parent. I was simply "priced out" and needed to move to NSW. Susan sat with me for over an hour and went through everything and showed me that all was not hopeless, that not only did I have a chance, but I could actually do it. I'm so happy to say that I purchased my first home in Canberra and I honestly couldn't have done it without Susan and her team. She cares, genuinely cares. I started looking for a property in early January, and luckily stumbled across something I really liked. My finances were not quite in order, and when I approached my regular bank, I was told that I couldn't get a loan. Not only did Susan arrange one, it was at a lower rate and better terms than I had expected. All of it was done within weeks. She clearly told me exactly what documentations I needed to prepare.
