I had Drytron's Darren Chellew come to clean my carpets this weekend and was thrilled not only with the brilliant job he did (particularly with a revolting stain my three-year-old had created) but also with the care and pride he took in his work. Darren was friendly and a total professional, explained what he was going to do; walked through each room with me to make sure he knew what I wanted. He was efficient and checked I was happy as he finished each room before moving on to the next. The best thing was Darren's happy and positive attitude, which he maintained for the two hours he was working. My carpets are gorgeous, the stain is gone and my house smelled wonderfully fresh and not chemically after he'd finished. I would recommend Drytron without hesitation, and if you're fortunate enough to live in the Box Hill area, I'd suggest you ask for Darren!!

Our carpets throughout the house look new. Darren's work was thorough throughout and his maticulous treatment of our hairy dog couches produced a brand new look. Also, I appreciate the use on non-toxic chemicals. I recommend an annual Darren treatment!
