Carpet in lounge area cleaned after being soiled by our old dog.We were very impressed with Peter's professionalism and pleasant and courteous manner. He was on time, very knowledgable about stain removal and carpets generally. He was also mindful of our safety on the floor following cleaning. He informed us about the spot remover cleaner that we could use for carpet and drapes and even used it to remove a small area of staining on our drapes free of charge. He provided us with his contact details should we require further assistance.

Major flood damage needing furniture moving, air drying, then re-laying and cleaning carpet. Work was all done expertly and all visits made at the agreed times.
Total cost was just under $1500 which I thought very reasonable given the extent of the work and the number of visits involved over five days.
