Duff Street Medical Clinic

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Boctor at 2 pm. The receptionist initially assured me that the doctor was on schedule, but after waiting for an hour, I inquired again, only to be told he had two more patients before me. It's frustrating when appointment times are not accurately communicated, considering the value of everyone's time.

If you have mental health issues do not goto this clinic. Long story short, they did not have my partners correct medical history which I can understand, but instead of trying to assist DR Jamila Ayobi suggested we go back her original GP. The original GP was fully booked out for weeks which we could not wait for due to the severity of the issue. We rang a government metal health issue service for further assistance for which they gave us guidelines in the best way of dealing with this situation. We made another appointment with DR Jamila Ayobi to ask for a specific referral to which she responded I dont have time to ring around and gave a referral to clinic we specifically said cant not help us apon the information we were given from the hotline , but she did it anyway and basically sent us packing. Also I have had dealings with DR MOHD KABIR. This bloke I swear got his doctors degree from a Kelloggs Box. I had a chest infection and need antibiotics to clear it up. I went to see him as he was the only doctor available. He told me to go home and have lemon tea and harden up. Yes harden up. I ended up going to another clinic half an hour away who straight away confirmed I needed the antibotics and did a thorough checkup to ensure there was nothing more serious. Its obviously to me know all this clinic is there for is to push as many patients through as possible to get as much back from the medicare rebate scheme as possible and does not have the patients best interests at heart. Find another clinic and dont use this one. Id hate to think how many patients have been and have been worse off because of their treatment..

I saw three doctors none picked up my real condition. I need a three to four hour operation. It wasn't manageable with diet and nexium. Almost one year of suffering. The last doctor was rude you want to read her referral to a specialist that I insisted on.

Had a very negative experience with a doctor. Was trying to get a standard 12 month medical action plan for my child’s school, he didn’t want to use the form the school provided, he didn’t want to stamp it and he wanted to make it valid for only 3 months to make me have to come back again. This clinic is always running incredibly late with appointments. Bulk billing is nice but I will not be returning here.

If the GP is running an hour behind they should let you know!

I had a very poor experience of the medical service provided at this clinic. I found the service was not patient centred. The staff responsible for my appointment was brusk and dismissive and did not listen to me or answer my questions. I felt rushed and that the issue I had attended for had not been attended to satisfactorily. Another staff person did offer that I could complain to the manger about my experience that upset me vey much and seemed very genuine about this. However with other clinics in the area I have just chosen to steer clear as I feel the quality of service was very poor and I do not want to risk this again. I do not recommend this clinic to others.

Great service i have been going to the local doctors at Duff Street since they opened. I'm Cranbourne west .Never waited longer that is good. Recomend them 100%. Doctors are very good and patient everyone expict this.

I have been a patient for this clinic for about 7 years. I always make appointment, so I don't have to wait long. I like this clinic because they have a pathology service, and offer lots of allied services to patients too. I always see Dr Albir because he's very professional, caring and friendly. Would definitely recommend this clinic to people in that area.

I was really nervous walking in, thought i would be labelled lazy. I often cheated but they never once looked down at me, just complimented me with praise. Im now sticking to it a bit better and enjoy my weekly visits with the friendly staff

Every time I have been to clinic and called on the same day I have been able to get an appointment same day. I have only ever waited maximum 30mins. Recommend this medical clinic and they are open long hours and on weekends and public holidays. Plus they have physiotherapy, nurse and blood collection centre

Hands down the worse doctors service I had ever been to! After waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time i was refused treatment for my medical issue as the did not have time and told me I would have to make another appointment. Nothing but money hungry doctors who focus more on quantity then quality. Also the facility was dirty and unhygienic. Will be taking my complaints further.

Am currently seeing Dr.Williams and the weight management team! Great GP and wonderful staff. Thanks for always making my experience a positive one!

Very friendly reception staff who made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Helps when you are feeling most unwell. Lots of people were waiting but you can make an appointment beforehand. Doc was very friendly and comprehensive in diagnosis.

Dr Sabet, Dr Nair and Dr Williams are the best doctors and the ONLY doctors I take my young kids to see! They are fantastic friendly experienced doctors and the staff at the front desk are wonderful and friendly. Everyone there is so warm and friendly. Even the nurse when my kids need their immunizations. The nurse that takes the blood is on the ball all the time! Everyone there is fantastic and we usually get in to see the doctor within half an hour of waiting. Which is fantastic as other places we usually wait up to 2-3 hours! The clinic is well presented, very clean, and very child friendly.

I took my daughter to Duff Street Medical Clinic for mole check, Dr Sebet was very patient - it's a busy clinic, but it was worth waiting and driving for the extra time!

A wonderful clinic that stays open late and operates 7 days a week. They have committed doctors who general care about your help and go out of their way to make sure you stay well. Sometimes you may need to wait, but that's the same with every practice. The staff are fantastic!

I have been to this medical clinic on several occasions when I have been unable to get to see my usual doctor, and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The great thing about it is the centre is open until late and is close to home.

I always go to duff street medical centre for family. all the doctors and staff were very co-operative , understanding. they notify me if the doctor is not available or if it is more than an hour waiting.

Wonderful clinic, I am grateful to the flexible opening hours, I can work with that any time. The doctors are all very friendly and helpful, I have recently seen a new female doctor, Jamila, who I'm sure i will visit many times.

I moved to Crnbourne 3 years ago , never found a clinic that opens late , used to have to go to emergency in hospitals if needed. Under their new management they extend the hours in the centre to 9 pm daily also they open 7 days . With 7 doctors on board they never turned me back for any appointment. Staff very kind and helpful. I love the new female doctor that arrived from England Dr Rose , amazing doctor that spent 15 min with me , you never get that with a Bulk Billing centre .....Thank yo Duff Clinic

I went with my daughter who we thought had the measles, they left us in a room by ourselves for at least an hour she was getting angry, finally I went and asked what was going on, it seemed they had forgotten us!
