I wish I could give less stars. I bought a 750$ phone. Arrived HEAVILY SCRATCHED on the back, like it was a dropped secondhand phone.
Right after I opened the package and seen the damage I wrote them without even turn the phone on. They didn't answer first, no number to call (the one in the website just tells you to write them, it is a fake contact). I wrote them again and after sending all the pictures and proving the damage, they blamed the carrier DHL (it was scratched, not possible was DHL's fault). I asked to be refunded, I wanted to send them back the phone, they say they wouldn't accept it. Only thing I could accept was 15$ refund and the claim to DHL. I tried with many mails to talk to someone and I refused their offer until they didn't answer to me anymore. I then accepted as it was the only solution and claimed my insured package with DHL. After claiming with DHL, the carrier told me that my package has never been insured, I paid extra DWI for an insured shipping, and they didn't even insure it prior to ship it!!!! Even worse, when a problem happens, they blame someone else and don't accept any solution. Having my money back and sending their phone back to them.
It is my right to buy something new that needs to be actually new!!!! They are fraud, a scam.
Please stay away from them, don't do my mistake of being attracted by 5 dollars discount, not worth it, and my OnePlus 5 is ruined before even I used it. and I can't to anything about it.
Unorganized, unfriendly, unreliable, untrustworthy. SCAM.

Sold me a used or damaged item as new

I bought an item from DWI and it was delivered very quickly in early March 2017. However, the drama started when I opened the parcel.

The packaging arrived open as I thought it was part of their quality control before despatch. Upon inspection, there were scratches on the side of the phones. When I open an eBay return case, ebay offered 10% stocking fee. The seller had asked me to closed the case and send the item or inspection back to item. I made the mistake and followed their instruction. I had to follow up after they received it 2 weeks earlier, their RMA department concluded it has only sold to me (but I have stated this arrived comestically damaged) and their gave me an option having to accept the item or offer me a 80% refund. This was never stated anywhere in their terms and conditions.

Because they had asked me to closed the return case, the item is now not listed in my eBay activity. I had asked eBay and PayPal to assist but they kept directing me to the other for assistance.

I have ordered a Panasonic 12-35 f2.8 lens at 13th of December for Christmas time. I was worried if I receive my order by Christmas. I asked for Express / Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance which cost me $21.72 and I received the lens on 18th of December. I am really impressed with fast delivery and the lowest price. The only negative thing was the Payment surcharge for $18.21 which they didn't mentioned before. Bottom of line, I will 100% recommend this site to my friends.

Just received a pair of Sennheiser headphones from them. Ordered them 5 days ago. They were well packaged and genuine article. $200.00 cheaper than I could get them in Australia. They say it comes from Hong Kong in the product description. I'd definitely use them again.

I was in the market for a particular mobile phone and these people were recommended, based on their advertised price.

They do not state on their page that items are shipped from overseas, or that they are 'grey imports', not serviced by manufacturers warranty, but by their own warranty support. I was made aware of this only after payment had been made.

Their web page from which I ordered clearly state the details and specifications of the phone I was after. When it arrived however, I discovered they had sent a different phone to the one I had ordered. I double checked the page from which I ordered and discovered on their page what I initially thought was a 'glitch' in their system which leads to the wrong phone being ordered, in spite of your cart telling you that you have ordered the correct one. I notified them of this and was thanked for the information, but it has not been amended, which leads me to believe it is intentional. The same issue had been raised by others on their facebook page, also with no result.

AFter the wrong phone arrived I immediately tried to contact them on each of the phone numbers provided on their website, to discover that the phone numbers listed on their page are not answered - they simply ring out.

I contacted them instead via email and when I got a response there was no reaction to the fact that they'd sent the wrong phone, simply that if I wanted a refund I would have to return the phone to a specified address, quoting a reference number which they provided.

This I had to do at my own expense, and which I did via Express Post, so as to have tracking for the item. After I had not heard from them several days after they should have received it, I contacted them to enquire about my refund. They began to give me the run-around, and it was only after I mentioned that I'd be contacting consumer protection that they promised to issue a refund, within one to two working days.

This did not happen and I am still waiting.

Sorry to hear of your most 'unsatisfactory' experience. This is most certainly a huge disappointment for you and not at all a professional manner in which to conduct business. Under the circumstances, we will be giving this place a miss. Thanks for the detail. Reeces
