very helpful, good service, very nice

- Management did not honour warranty when phone screen cracked after one month despite the technician saying it could have resulted from an improper installation
- Offered to fix "at cost" and then was patronising since they saw it as doing me a favour rather than compromising on the fact their replacement screen cracked overnight and didn't want to honour their warranty policy
- Internal communication is a mess. I would recommend getting anything down in email since they give conflicting information and deny whole conversations that were had
- The communication problems led to my phone being out of service for a whole month. I was overseas and gave them another contact. They denied ever reciving another contact, but then was able to ring him at a later date
- Are very rude over email. Will apologise and then go on to blame the customer when I have three different quotes for their services

Great service, kind friendly and helpful, loads of variety if you want a new phone and very convenient to the center of city

Can't believe I hadn't heard of these guys earlier. Took my phone there after Vodaphone couldn't help me and they were able to sell me a new charger for $25 and fix the screen of my new phone for $85. Staff were very helpful and efficent.
