Worst Removalist company ever! DO NOT USE THEM. Moved from Sydney to Melbourne, took 3 weeks longer than they said it would and when everything turned up it was completely water damaged PLUS they lost many items. 3 months later have not paid a cent in compensation. Worst experience ever!

I live near these guys so I asked them to quote when my mother needed her furniture moved from Erina to Qld. They were the cheapest and everything went without a hitch. I don't know any of the workers personally but I've seen them around a lot over the years and they all work hard, long hours and love to laugh. Seems more like a family business than a private company.

Recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne. EJ Shaw Removals were absolutely fantastic! The whole process went very smoothly! They did everything they promised and provided an amazing service for a great price! Staff are very friendly and very helpful. My goods were packed the best I've seen, and my items were obviously treated carefully and arrived in great condition. I highly recommend this company to everyone and wish I still lived in Sydney so I could use them every time I move! :) Thank you!

Have known of EJ Shaw all my life living in Manly, seeing their trucks about. A friend recommended I use them for our move. After using some cowboys and fly by nighters removalists in the past with a few bad experiences we thought we would try a well known local business. The fellas turned up on time in a great big truck, assessed the situation then got stuck into it , in a very calm, friendly and careful manner. At the new house it was the same great service and were more than happy to arrange our furniture where we wanted it. They remained friendly throughout and focused on the job at hand. I simply researched on TL and shopped around for price and whomever seemed to be well established and seemed to know what they were doing and indicated they might actually want my business. My research told me to always ask for a cost breakdown and Im certainly glad I did in this instance - as i now understand why the reseach says to do this. I relocated interstate to Melbourne from Sydney and all in all an experienced an expected average removalist experience........ until the delivery part. The reason that I am bothering to even write a review is very simple. My things were delivered this morning by the most fantastic, caring and flexible man I have encountered in your industry. Peter was fabulous, helpful and patient and just made the whole thing so easy for me as I had to come back to Sydney this morning and my partner was asleep from night shift as a police officer! He told me he has been doing it for 20 years and he is by all accounts in my experience, an expert. I would like to pass along my sincere gratitude and thanks to him for helping me in such an effortless way. He is an absolute credit to your business. Having heard about EJ Shaw Removals via word of mouth thought I would give them a try to do an office move for me. I found them to be extremely efficient and professional. Removalists are cowboys - well no more!! I found EJ Shaw to be a reliable business that took care with our possessions. Their workers were helpful & obliging & the organisation for the move was hassle free. With the initial quote we got a complete breakdown of the pricing of the service & were therefore able to work out what parts of the move we could do ourselves to save money. Their staff were professional at all times & had great personalities which helped us stay sane through this stressful time. I have to say EJ Shaw were the best removalist we have used on the northern beaches (& we have experienced a few)!
