Pork Belly is a favourite for us here. Definately the place to go if you want to impress your guests for an affordable price. Amazing menu! Very fancy, but not schmancy! Haha!

A second visit to this restaurant was as good as the first! Bright, friendly, upmarket - this is a really good restaurant with great food and excellent service. We may not have been very imaginative with our orders - 3 of us had steak and one had beetroot pasta (for a second time having loved it the first time) but the meals were really good. Cooked to perfection - both meat and vegetables with a very more-ish sauce (plates were wiped clean!) - a meal thoroughly enjoyed. The dessert menu has plenty of variety - and all were delicious. Careful attention to presentation added to the experience. A quick look at the breakfast menu whetted our appetite for a return visit for brekkie at a later date.

Approximate cost: $32.00

I was really impressed when I came here with some people from work. The restaurant is really modern and clean and the customer service was amazing. I ordered the beetroot pasta and omg!! it was so good. I will definately going back for more of that pasta soon. The food was so well presented and really beautiful fresh tasting pasta. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

The meals at Platinum were lovely although it was let down by the service. I had previously been to this restaurant before it re-opened and in the past had a bit more of an upmarket feel...the young girl who served us was polite and cheery however i felt that she needed more support to understand excellent customer service delivery. That said i will definitely go back again

This was my favourite resturant. Fantastic meals, steak was wonderful. It has been closed now for a few months but will be opening again soon with new owners. I hope it is just as nice as before.

Approximate cost: $25.00

We went out to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday last week and had the best night ever. I've been there once before and it was good but now there's a new menu. It's awesome. Service means a lot to me and and food as well. I 'd give them a 9 out of 10.

Approximate cost: $25-$32.00

What an experience!
Out for Mum's 50th on a Monday evening - 6 people
Mum had been before and loved the food!

Upon entering the restaurant I informed the employee of our booking, she informed us we were not there with a short "nup" so we tried some other names but no luck and she walked off - apparently not interested. When she returned a supervisor/manager approached and quickly solved the issue by sitting us down on a table for eight that had a "no show" booking, we sat down.
Menu was quite small however being a fine dining restaurant this was expected.
Waited a while to order drinks but apologies were made and we were in no rush.
Got drinks straight away (except for a coke we had ordered) and wine was hastily poured by employee who left quickly - I should point our it was a Monday night and there were a fair few spare tables and enough waiters to cover them...
When the employee returned she asked if we were waiting on any more people, my mum replied with "no we are ready to order".
The employee informed my mum that "she would not be spoken to like that" and I quickly tried to calm the situation by ordering some starters.

I have previously worked in hospitality for many years and have served the most horrible of customers - however we are the kind of customers who can't bring ourselves to complain over a hair in a meal!

I have never witnessed such rude behavior from hospitality staff in my life, I felt like we were an inconvenience to the employee who was serving us.

My mum got incredibly upset, she did not understand what had happened, so I gave another employee the money for the bottle of wine we had ordered and we left.

On our way out the employee who had been serving us scoffed and said "Oh, you're joking"

Save your money and go into town for a night out for food of the same price and service with a smile! I'd rather pay that extra in travel than ever set foot in Platinum again!

Approximate cost: $28-35

Havent had the chance to eat here for lunch or dinner but we did go down for breakfast on the weekend. Breakky menu was really good with quality produce and good variety. Staff were very bubbly for a sunday which i suppose is both good and bad but we did get comments from the staff about what a big night they had the night before (harmless). Well definnately head in for lunch/dinner after the quality of breakfast that we recieved.

Six older friends attended a Blackboard special lunch for $19.90 which included a single course plus a glass of wine. We all thought it excellent value offering a good variety of casual mains and a pleasant glass of wine. We will visit there again, soon. Atmosphere was quiet and warm on a very bleak day.
