The cooks at ETC have a Midas touch; everything they cook is gold!
This place is busy and booking is essential. I prefer some privacy while I eat but this place is such a special treat, I've brought friends from interstate here for late breakfast (their breakfast menu goes til quite late in the day - win!).

Their pancakes are fabulous as others have said, and they are generous people; if you don't want a full serve, there are plenty of small serves of light breakfasts that are priced accordingly. It's so frustrating when you ask for a half of the full breakfast ($14) and are charged $12 for your limp little half serve. Not at ETC; here those of us with hangovers or small appetites are given the same dignity as our full-serve brothers and sisters!

If anyone says Adelaide doesn't have good cafes, take them to ETC and change their mind!

Great spot for breakfast. Highly recommended you book if intending to go there after about 8am. Great menu - huge variety. Excellent coffee. The pancake stacks are to die for. Service is efficient and polite. Very family friendly too. Been for lunch once and that was great too.

How can you not love it here! The yummiest pancakes ever!!! Always busy, you really should book - it can get very hectic at peak times. We prefer the brekkie over lunch....... but lunch is great as well.

We love it so much we had our wedding photos taken outside!

Very popular little cafe in Adelaide CBD .This may mean it can get very busy and noisy but the quality of the food and the extensive menu is worth it. Great meeting place for a coffee or a meal. Great value for money. Staff are friendly.

Haven't find a place to eat as good as this one. Fantastic food, excellent coffees. Their breakfast menu is interesting, serving up to 3pm. Try out their field mushroom, it is cooked with balsamic vinegar and served with a slice of buttered bread. It is great!

One of the best cafes we've been to, its excellent in quality and in taste! try their cappuccino or hot chocolate, never been to anywhere makes it so good... Soy lattes are often hard to make, but these guys, made to perfection!

The food is always beautiful and fresh with lots of choice and daily specials in both summer and winter. Recommend the vegi burger or the tomato bruschetta. The coffee is lovely and aromatic and the hot chocolates are rich and great on a cold day.
