I've been doing shopping here since its opening. But now they won't let people shop with mask exeption with medical certificate. Coles and Woolworth apparently dont have problem with this.
The owner doesn't have respect for people with breathing difficulties with medical exeption.
Shame on you!

This is a fabulous little organic grocer. It carries fruit and veg, milk and cheese with other specialty dairy items as well as a take-away style cafe and a vitamin and make-up counter.

When l lived in Croydon l would go here every moring just to buy a cappachino from here organic coffee organic milk best ever coffee will get back there one day awesome

While some items are pricey, overall good quality. I try & shop on market days of Monday & Thursday for freshest produce. Excellent coffee, friendly & helpful staff. I researched juicers & blenders & ended up buying both from here.

I visit here regularly. The prices are hit and miss. Some things are great and others, exceptionally dear in comparison to other organic grocers. The quality here is maintained better than most organic stores. They also have a good range of products with cheeses, coffee, ready to eat snacks, soup, pies, fruit and veg, nuts, flours, shampoos and soaps and even make-up.

Love this fruit and vege shop. They have super fresh produce and all of the staff have been relatively pleasant to deal with. It is great that they stock all kinds of bits and pieces, cleaning products, baby products, herbs, soaps, etc. The only tiny issue is that it is so narrow and squeezy in this shop that it is very difficult to manouvre around with a baby in your arms, or in a sling. I recommend all of my family and friends to get their organic fruits and veges from here.

Eastfield Health Shop is the best healthy shop around . We purchase our fruit and veg from there and we only buy their organic milk from there because its the only milk my kids will drink. The coffee is absolutely beautiful. It is Organic. The staff are so friendly and its a pleasure to go in there. They also have natural products such as soap. Shampoos and conditiones. Love this shop

Definately 'the' best place to get coffee in Croydon. I always get a large, fantastic quality and service, made with any sort of milk you like, I love the full cream organic, so creamy and really delicious, which is why I go back again and again!! Fantastic fresh organic fruit and vegetables, dry goods, refrigerated, beauty, cleaning, it is an alternative to the 'big' supermarkets, and is well worth a trip. Staff are helpful and friendly, highly recommended.

Put simply, Eastfield Organic NFM offers the worst service I have experienced as a consumer, ever. Unfortunately one of the managers has some serious anger management issues, and finds it somehow appropriate to scream at customers.

My partner and I had come in 2 hours after closing time to collect some apples. The apples were already put aside for us, and upon calling up to ask a question, we were told that they were technically 'closed', however were still busy and that it would fine for us to come and collect the goods by 4pm. For this we were very grateful.

When we arrived to the store, at 3:45, some other customers also went in and started shopping around for various goods, so naturally I thought it would be ok to buy more than just apples. I wanted to know where to find the Miso, and asked the manager.

Upon doing so, in absolute anger, she said "We are closed, we've put aside the apples for you, you can't have anything else". I asked about the other customers who just came in and were browsing the store, and she proceeded to yell at me "They shouldn't be shopping either. We are closed, don't you understand? We are closed, we are closed, WE ARE CLOSED".

My partner very rightfully told her that was terrible customer service, and that she had no right to treat someone like that, to which she just continued yelling this and that, said "just buy your apples" and then walked off.

Now whilst I can understand a store being closed, what is so infuriating is that we were told one thing and shown another, yet other customers were allowed to go about their business happily.

Either you are open, or you are not. It's not like we were forcing their doors open.

This was such an unfortunate experience for us, as the anger came out of nowhere and gave us a real shock.

We won't return to this business, and the many friends of ours who shop there will no doubt find other alternatives also.

This is by far the best place for your organic fruit and veges. Friendly, fresh produce, good price. They also have a large range of other health foods and drinks, beauty products, cleaning products, and a wide range of supplements. They also have a little cafe with seats outside.
