i have saved mega $$$ shopping online. anything im looking for in the shops i am guarenteed to get a better deal on ebay. plus having a youngster to take shopping isnt easy but with ebay i can shop while he naps.

You feel quite secure with ebay, and its services. However recently with an influx of people joining this community i find things arent that cheap anymore.

I bought 2 tickets to a concert - great price and great seats. I did write to the seller with a question, and didnt get a reply until days later. I still bought the tickets, and wasn't disappointed. Easy to pay via Bpay

i am a bit of an ebay addict, been a member for over 5 years now. bought and sold a whole heap of stuff. a great site if you want to get rid of unwanted stuff, and also if you are looking to save money on purchases. can often find a lot of great bargains

l was selling on ebay for 4 years but with high fees and exspecially listing fees could not afford to keep going, most of my profits were eaten up by fees.if l had a problem it took days before l recieved an answer, not very good customer service

I am a buyer and a seller on ebay and i think it's far and above any other auction website currently on the internet. The listing fees are not that great but where else do you get so much exposure for your items? Nowhere. So i put up with the fees because i know a maximum amount of people are going to be viewing the items i'm selling. Ebay has live support, which i have used and it was very helpful as they immediately sorted out my problem for me while chatting to me. I also like the added security of selling with paypal. The only think i don't really like is the recent feedback changes, sellers can't leave negative feedback, it's a little bit unfair as we as sellers also get some dodgy buyers, but oh well. :)

Having bought a few items off eBay I have had good and bad experiences. Bags and clothing items have been mostly good but the jewellery hasn't been. The two sellers I bought off stated it was solid sterling silver. When I received them I took them into a jewellers to get them buffed. If is tarnishes it isn't sterling silver but plated and both of them tarnished. One I sent back and did get a refund the other I decided to keep as it was better quality.

My experience with eBay has had mixed results. I must admit that it has the absolute best range and the biggest customer base. However - it is super expensive as a seller to post listings and also the final listing fees. For example, if you start a listing at 1.99 - they charge over $1 for the listing.

Generally a great experience. I got a great Tv at a great price, and the seller was excellent. I like the feedback policy that ebay provides and I'll definitely continue buying from this site in the future.
