Sounded good at first but turned out to be a terrible service in all respects. Would not recommend and use them again. Moved many times and this has been the worst, especially for a mid-range price. Could not figure out parking themselves in the morning. Spent more time carrying one chair at a time. Told them to take the heavier things at the beginning but didn’t listen. I had to move things to the truck myself as they took their time and chatted about their dinner last night. Con spent more time giving excuses and complaints about various things. Not serious about their job. Didn’t stack things well at all, a lot of empty over head space in the truck and storage. I would have to re-do some of it. Kept aggressively saying we know what we are doing to silence me. The customer paying for the job received a lot of aggressive negative attitude for telling them preferences and what would be best for me and it was clear they were doing a terrible job. Was not careful or respectful with my things. Dragging my things even though I told them not to. Found some goods damaged. Con then lied about having photos that it was damaged before saying he doesn’t have to show them to me. Everything was packed nicely and stacked for them to go, all they had to do was take things to the truck and stack it well but they couldn’t. They also refused to take boxes and tried to leave them all behind.

Do Not Use this company. [redacted generalisation comment], they also made our move a complete nightmare. Do not trust this company with your valuables. We lost $1000's of valuable belongings and had stuff we needed thrown out. They ruined expensive clothing items, treating them with no care. I can't put into words the stress and anguish they caused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The crew from Eco Removals made moving as painless as possible. There was great communication from the first contact and throughout the whole process. Their robust reusable crates are fabulous. They were cheerful, efficient, helpful and very reasonable in their charges. Highly recommended!
