I attended the day spa 17th Jan for the Eden day spa 6 hr package. From the moment I entered the spa Loren was more than helpful & her professionalism was outstanding. I am new to this day spa & will definitely be going back again for another day of pampering with some friends in Tow. Ashley you should be proud of your business in the Camden area your staff are truly amazing not to mention the sense of calm as you walk in the door. The interior is simple amazing and the Vichy Shower is a must for any lady wanting pampering. Loren your massage skills are fantastic I can simply say I was in Heaven whilst in the Eden Day Spa I will definitely be booking more treatments. Will slowly make my way thru all the services Eden Day Spa provides. Well done on a simply truly amazing experience it was fantastic even down to the lunch provided. I was very impressed by the friendly welcoming staff at Eden day spa. I was offered a herbal tea in the waiting room before being greeted by my lovely therapist who walked me through to the changing area where she offered me my robe, slippers and locker. Loren waited outside for me then escorted me to my treatment room. It was lovely and inviting, Smelt of lemongrass, relaxing music and decorated beautifully. I had the 90 min Eden indulgence facial which seemed to go on forever! After checking the pressure of the massage and making sure i was warm enough, I was left to relax and enjoy my treatment in quite. The rooms where quite and they have a no phone or child policy which is greatly appreciated when indulging at a day spa. My heavenly pampering had come to an end and i was not dismissed, I was taking to the relaxation room where i was offered a beverage and time to "wake up" or rest. Apples, Magazines and day beds were available and I was encouraged to take my time. I was VERY surprised they did not try to up sell or sell me any products that i "need". I was most impressed by this. The serene ambiance, Professional Friendly staff and divine treatment means i will be back. Thank you!!!
