Used to go to an over priced salon in City, since coming here, never went back! They are very professional and my hair is in the best condition it's been in. On point with both colour and cuts. Only positive things to say about them!

Terrible experience, had a haircut done by Phoebe here. Haircut was terrible, no shape, not tidy, uneven sides. Family commented on how bad it was and asked if I cut my own hair.

The hairwash was also terrible, water was first freezing cold, when I commented, it was then switched to extemely hot, also got shampoo and water into my eyes. When the hair wash was done I was sat up before my hair was properly dried leaving all the water dripping onto my clothe.

When the hair dryer was used my hair was not properly dried and I was quickly walked to the cash register.

Horrendous inexperienced, poorly trained staff.

Avoid at all cost, or just cut your own hair, it'd be better than coming here and it'd be free.

I absolutely love this salon; staff are friendly, professional and prices are reasonable. I enjoy the cups of tea, the chat, and the magazines while having my hair done. I had taken my children to Edge Salon a number of times, and first went there myself when I needed a horror haircut (from somewhere else) fixed. They're really professional and focus on good service. They take time to discuss what you want. They also seem to run well really to time, without long waits. I'm very happy.

my initial cut and color with this salon was spur of the moment and I haven't gone to anyone since. they advised me on a stylish haircut that was a bit more 'now' than I had and was really easy to maintain. I have had a few different hairdressers at this salon and they are all equally good.

Service at Edge Salon were great. The hairdressers were extremely friendly and assisted me with any questions I had. The haircut in the end turned out to be a good result. I will visit again soon.
