My Dyson stickvac was broken to the point Dyson said it was finished and wanted to replace it, but Zack was good enough to get it back in full working order and now it's like brand new! Also saved me when my washing machine was playing up, ran me through the troubleshooting until I could get it back in action. fantastic service in an age where people only want to take your money and do half the job! thanks again Zack
