Unprofessional.
I was given a Zoupon voucher for what looked like a fantastic pamper package.
Firstly it took quite some time to find a date that they could book me in - in the end I decided to take a day out of my leave to make things easier and go mid week. I still had to book a few months ahead to do that. Only for them to call a few days prior and reschedule due to a personal issue.
OK, things happen. Reschedule for a few weeks time.
A few days before, they text to remind me of the appointment (good) and advise of their new location - OK.
The new location was the home of one of the women and I got to share my appointment with a complete stranger.
As soon as you walk in the door you are in the lounge room which has been set up as the studio - 2 massage tables separated by a small screen. No where to change, just undress right here and get on the table.
While one does the facial, the other does the massage and then they switch clients.
The facial, nice – usually you'd be informed about what they are doing and what they are putting on your face and how long you'll be laying there with a towel over your face. But not here.
While the facial is taking place your feet are sitting in a tub of water. While you're laying with the towel over your face, your feet and lower legs are scrubbed then rinsed. That's it – end of foot soak. No moisturising lotion, no drying off.
Face is wiped and asked to roll over ready for massage. Look up to find they have removed the screen between me and my appointment buddy and both women have disappeared somewhere else in the unit.
My turn for a massage. The only part even remotely enjoyable or beneficial was the neck and shoulder massage. Wiping oil all over someone is not a massage. I was literally covered in oil from head to toe. My hair looked like I hadn't washed it for weeks – there was so much oil.
While my ‘massage' was finishing, the other girl had finished and they put the screen back between us. Now, we're in an open room and the front door looks straight into it. The other girl is about to leave as my massage finishes up – so I wait for her to leave and give myself some privacy before climbing off the table, only for one of the women to come back in and ask if I was going leave any time soon.
Was not given any time to wipe off all the oil, just had to put my clothes back on as I was.
There was no care factor. There was no consideration for their clients. Although I received a $30 voucher, I did not feel welcome to return – and I wont be returning.

I felt that I was being accused of shaving my legs because their apparently was a second undergrowth of hair when she waxed my legs. Well girls that's because she snapped off the leg hair not ripped it out. She repeated the same area over and over and I have bruises to show for it.

Approximate cost: $35
