Well I went looking for appliances, wanted a nice oven for my new kitchen but didn't want to spend too much on it. I didn't realise how expensive ovens were. I didn't allow in my budget for $1500 for a standard underbench oven. I was planning to buy my oven and cooktop for that. Mind you service was ok but I couldn't afford to spend so much and they didn't have anything nice to offer that was cheaper.

I recently bought a rangehood from them. I hadn't made up my mind which brand I wanted but had some concerns about the way some were constructed. The sales person took her time to show me the rangehood and discuss my concerns, despite other customers waiting for her in the store. She then rang me up a few days later to see if I wanted to order any other appliances.
