I had acrylic nails applied. She uses modern equipment, the premises are neat and clean. She is very fast and does an excellent job - particularly with 'french nails'. Everyone at work commented on how great my nails looked.

I recently attended to have ingrown toenails cut. He was wonderful, didn't feel a thing, despite one toenail being very deep into the toe. He was fast and efficient. He also made me a pair of special orthotics for my sandals - I just took the sandals and innersole to him and he made it.

They listen to what you the client want and will make suggestions if you want them to. They are normal everyday people working in the salon - different ages. I was made to feel welcome, offered a drink and something to read and attended to very fast and efficiently. The prices are good value also. They have a loyalty card system also which gives you a discount on a service for your 10th visit.

I recently bought a rangehood from them. I hadn't made up my mind which brand I wanted but had some concerns about the way some were constructed. The sales person took her time to show me the rangehood and discuss my concerns, despite other customers waiting for her in the store. She then rang me up a few days later to see if I wanted to order any other appliances.

I developed water hammer in my shower. They quickly diagnosed it was just a worn out washer in the shower tap. They changed the washers in both taps to be extra sure. Problem solved. They were fast efficient and courteous.

They recently changed the washers in some very old taps that are just about had it and were dripping. While he was there I also asked him to attend to some other taps (which were not scheduled for that visit). He did them for me, despite never having seen these VERY old taps before. He advised that they are probably about ready for replacement. But they are all fixed and DONT leak.

These doctors take a holistic approach - weight, blood pressure etc. They listen to what your problem is and don't just hand out pills. They take an interest in your health and have the backup services (physio - dental - podiatrist - imvs) all in the same centre. There premises are clean and inviting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes they will bulk bill for private patients.

They recently installed an overhead fan in my kitchen and a new powerpoint. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and did not take their time, they were courteous fast and efficient. They have done a lot of work for me over the years including rewiring my house, and my neighbours house (on my recommendation)

The person who does my garden comes from VIP. He is always on time and has even rung me when he's going to be a little late. Recently he even cut my lawns using only one hand while the other one was bandaged and had to be kept up. True dedication.

My dog took ill suddenly (internal infection) on a Sunday afternoon. I new what was wrong with her and the exact drug she needed. I rang the vet clinic and told them what drug I needed and if they had it in stock I would bring her down, otherwise there was no point. They confirmed on the phone that they had the drug, I squeezed us in for an appointment despite being about to close.
