I recently booked in for a lash lift & tint at Ella Bache FG. It was my 2nd time having this treatment done at this salon. My first experience was amazing. I was very happy with the end result & therefore booked again 1 week before my overseas holiday a few months later. Upon arriving for my appt I was advised a free skin analysis was being offered to all customers so in between my treatment this was done. During my treatment I felt as though it was taking a lot longer than what it did the first time but at the time I didn’t think much of it. I now believe the solutions were left on for way too long resulting in a very poor outcome. Once the treatment was finished I looked in the mirror & my lashes looked great however about 2hrs later once my lashes had fully dried I felt my lashes irritating me so I went & looked in the mirror. I was horrified, they were so curled over onto themselves & pointing left & right. The bottom lashes were also not sitting right & clearly had been affected by the solution (I was under the impression the bottom lashes weren’t to be touched) The following night i’d had enough of the feeling of my over curled lashes & called the salon. I was told a manager would return my call in the morning. No one called me the next day so 3 days after having the treatment I emailed the salon. I received a reply email apologising & was asked if I could come into the salon so they could have a look at my lashes. The only day/time I was offered was late Thursday evening (the day before I had to fly out early the next morning) with the same lady who destroyed my lashes days prior. I advised this time did not suit & I was then advised a full refund could be given & that I should try & get an appt elsewhere to fix my lashes. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I would never recommend getting a lash lift at this salon. I am too scared to even try elsewhere for this procedure as I have had many lashes fall out over the last week leaving me with huge gaps in my lash line. Not happy at all & wouldn’t recommend Ella Bache FG

I was very nervous on my visit here to this seemingly female only clinic. How delighted I was with the professional service I received from the girls here. After enjoying the 1hr massage and treatment I felt great.
They told me not to worry as they had many male clients. I will be making another appointment soon

Every time I go to Ella Bache I can't fault the friendly staff. It's always clean and very relaxing. I like how they don't push their products on you after your appointment like other salons often do.

I've been there a few times and they've got good service, it's a relaxing environment, and overall a good experience.

ella bache is a clean relaxing and proffessional place to come. i enjoy chatting to the girls they are very friendly and even though there products are expensive the are well worth it.

I started getting my spray tans here after I trialled them for my wedding. They have a really great colour - very natural. I am so white and they still managed to make me look naturally tanned. I didn't look silly at all. Very proffessional and friendly staff. It's always a bit embarrassing getting your gear off in front of a stranger, however they made me feel really comfortable. The tan didn't last for very long but this could have been because I didn't moisturize enough and that they didn't put it on too dark against my skin tone. They have a number of treatments here including waxing, facials, makeup etc. The list goes on...
