I had waxing done in this particular Ella Bache salon. It was a nice experience but not as good as I had in another Ella Bache salons. The location is convenient not far from the Nunawading train station and staff members were lovely.

I visited here for a spray tan. It came out quite good. Not too orange or dark. A good natural colour. Pretty normal in pricing.

The facials here are so relaxing and i really feel my skin is so healthy afterwards... a savior when you travel interstate every week!

Wax was good but painful was I don't like hard wax too much. Quicker than I expected with that pain so that was very welcome.

Always makes me feel like I'm in paradise. So relaxing. The staff are very professional and know what they are doing to provide exceptional service. Can't think of any negatives about the place.

The caring service and advice is exceptional. Upon entering you always receive a friendly welcome and are offered a cup of herbal tea or water. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I always leave with a smile on my face.

It was so easy booking on-line for beauty treatments with Ella Bache Nunawading. I booked only a few days in advance and had plenty of choice as to the time of day. My Beautician was on time, very pleasant and efficient in doing the treatments to a high standard. Would definitely reccomend them to my friends

Had a massage and facial with Emma after arriving back from Los Angeles.

The massage and facial were great - and further to that she helped me figure out what products to use on my skin moving forward.

The friendly, efficient staff provide an excellent service. Masseurs are well trained and the relaxation value is superb.

I started visiting EB due to a few skin concerns along with thinking about how to slow down the ageing process! I went to Wendy for an initial consultation and she suggested various options to try. Wendy's advice has achieved what I wanted. My skin is much clearer, fresher and the tone has really improved which was a definite concern. I will continue to keep going here for my facials and any skin issues as so to keep on top of the great results achieved.

I booked in for a microdermabrasion and oxygen facial. I enjoy the ambience of the salon, the therapist Renee was lovely, she has a warm personality but was professional. I love how my skin looks and feels after the treatment. On this occassion Renee encouraged me to have a radiance eye treatment as well and I really noticed the difference around my eye area afterwards. I look forward to my next facial very soon.

the therapist was lovely (great customer service) and the quality of her work was great. i've seen a few different therapists there and they do a great job consistently

Had a great experience - got a voucher for two facials off redballoon and we had the best experience ever. The girls were great, had extremely strong knowledge on their products and were extremely professional. It is a beautiful, friendly and welcoming salon. We even booked our next facials!

A great massage, exactly how I needed it. My neck muscles get quite tight so I need firm pressure to really loosen them up properly. Was floating on air afterwards! The staff are always friendly and very professional.
