Since I was a teenager I have had problematic skin. Now at 31 it's no different. The girls from this salon helped me find some products to suit my skin needs. They spent a long time with me to determine my skin type and then allowed further follow up visits and phone consultations when I needed some advice. The only downside is the only products they sell are quite expensive (as they are not cheap otc brands) so it can be an expensive visit.

Quite pricey and depending on the day - can be met with a sullen staff member wishing the day was over. I am normally satisfied with the end result (when having my eyebrows waxed) however go to them more for convenience and nothing else.

I went in to Ella Rouge to get an eyebrow wax and was so disappointed with the end result. My eyebrows were uneven and when i went back to get them fixed, i was greeted quite rudely. Not a beauty therapist i would visit again.

I visited the store to enquire about purchasing a gift voucher for Mother's Day. The sales person was very helpful, offering me her product and price list plus a range of specials.
