I visited the customer service centre to enquire about a gift voucher for Mother's Day. I was approached very promptly by the sales person and she thoroughly explained the options, including which stores the voucher could not be used at.

The product range and quality of items were great, however the service was reasonably slow at the check-out. Many of the self-service check-outs were not working and the queues were rather long.

I purchased a large thick shake at the store. The salesperson was able to recommend a great flavour and was very enthusiastic about her product. The quality of the drink was fantastic!

I visited the store to purchase a wireless internet connection ($39 per month over 24 months). The salesperson, Kevin, knew what I was referring to when I made my initial enquiry and was able to begin the process. The Vodafone system that he needed to use to process the transaction was running slowly so we had to leave the store and return at a later time, however he took our details and kept in contact via mobile phone throughout the transaction to let us know where it was up to and obtain further details. This meant we didn't have to wait instore but could browse the shopping centre.
