poor communication skills towards customers.

Beware this business. I was hit with a $99 fee by a tech who, was earlier told it was a 1950s radiogram, on arrival claimed he'd never worked on turntables of that vintage.
Electrical problem? I advise you go elsewhere

This was the nominated repairer for our LG Smart player which we have had to have repaired twice, but I think that may be a reflection on the quality of the machine not the repairer. However we took in our surround sound system with the smart player recently. They were very quick with the Smart player (which was in warranty)but they had the surround sound system for a very long time, I can't exactly remember how long so I won't speculate but it was quite a long time. The surround sound system was out of warranty and they rang to let us know that they had to order a part and rang a couple of times to let us know that there was a delay. We were told at one point that the part had arrived and would be fixed in the next week but we didn't hear from them and when my husband rang they said the part had not yet arrived. In fairness my husband left his mobile number as the contact number and he was in meetings when they rang. They were polite and apologised for the delay but blamed the part not turning up. I don't think there is a lot of choice in using this business when getting electronic equipment repaired so there is a fair chance we will use them again. I found the location of the business inconvenient as the parking is quite difficult and the premises itself is quite run down and tired looking. The price below if for the repair of the surround sound system

Approximate cost: $110

I agree the parking can be a problem at this business. Depending on the appliance and warranty they can collect from your house.

I strongly advise you seek another source. This mob slugged me $99, stayed 5 minutes and left. No satisfaction with repairs I requested on a radiogram. They knew its vintage before arriving but once in the door the tech advised he was not familiar with "older" turntables". My advice: seek help elsewhere

Have had my dvd player repaired here a couple of times, and my mini hi-fi once. Used them because they were the specified service provider for both models, they fixed them no worries, were a bit slow on the dvd player the second time, but I'd happily take my appliances back there again.

Wish I had the same service. I was hit with a $99 fee for a radiogram repair, which I stressed via phone was a 1950s turntable. Tech arrives and claims he's never worked on one that old. He knew the vintage but still slugged me.

We used this company as they are one of the two the nominated service providers to repair our TV. The other company had very limited customer service. We chose Elmic because they had great customer service, were prompt to arrange an appointment, arrived on time, returned my calls when they said they would, and then they fixed the TV promptly.
Elmic Electronics came to our place to fix the TV, whereas the other repairer said we had to bring the TV in.
