Emergency button

After buying my wedding dress off the rack, a few minor alterations were made and I received it back. As the bust did not fit me properly (most things don't fit me right in this area) some padded cups were tacked inside. Something about the fit of the dress bothered me so, of course, I turned to Google for help. I found The Emergency Button reviews.
When I spoke to EB on the phone they were extremely helpful and said they would happily take a look at the dress and see what could be done. Mitzi and her staff were also extremely helpful in person. With a great deal of lace detail, any alteration to this part of the dress was going to be difficult and they were always open about the potential cost of this with me.
I am delighted with the results. What other people told me would be too hard to fix, they fixed. My dress now fits me rather than trying to pad me out to fit it.
As the other reviews said, it was not a cheap option but then exceptional quality, skill and customer service shouldn't be cheap.

My gorgeous Collete Dinnigan wedding dress was too long ... I kept stepping on it! . I was loath to get it altered as the lace was so fine but after falling in love I didn't want to fall up the aisle!
I was recommended The Emergency Button by the girls at the Dinnigan shop.
Mitzi and her team were fantastic ..they were friendly and professional but most of all understood my neurosis (the bridezilla in me had come to the fore!)
This was definitely not the cheap option but well worth every penny ...
I will be using them for all my alterations in future, it's nice to know once you find just the right outfit you can get it tailored perfectly.

This tailor was recommended to me by Collette Dinnigan for alterations to my wedding dress. I have had a few things altered there since (incl my wedding dress), the women who measure you up really seem to know about dress making. I have been really happy with their work. Not cheap, probably best for clothes that you really care about, not just for hemming etc.
