I don't remember how many times I've used this airlines but I guess maybe more than 5 times in my life time. The service was always great, the food they provided was great.

This is the best airline I have travelled with. They are very professional and friendly. My wife & I travelled from Sydney to London and were very impressed. Food is restaurant quality. Unfortunately I haven't been able to travel first class, but would love to!

I love this airline the staff are so help full and the service on flights is fantastic, Depending on Aircraft the seating is a little different , The A380 is by far the best with a shower and bar onboard when flying in First , The Suits are almost like a cabin they are so big . There onboaard entertainment is the best in the sky

Great airline. I think it is the only one offering 30kg luggage when you book economy. Lots of destinations. Good service on the plane.

We flew to auckland from sydney The aircraft was very new and clean the inflight entertainment system was great choices of movies tv programes games all complimentry and for a fee internet email and telephone services were all available from your seat The meal was very good and the cabin serivce was wonderful All this and a very competiteve fare too The information from the flight deck was relevaent and interesting and external cameras were interestig to watch and again you could do so on the screen in your seat

Flew by Emirates from Melbourne to London and was given very friendly and professional service throughout my entire trip! They were more than willing to help me with anything I needed and would go out of their way to be obliging at all times.

emirates is another exceptional airline. The airfare to auckland is reasonable. The service is so good. Has an inboard mini enteretainment thingy. The best experience ever......

We flew to NZ in Xmas using Emirates and the experience was outstanding in regards to service (every passenger was able to obtain a free news paper or magazine) regardless of the fact that you were a First Class, Business Class of Economy Passenger. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to see the plane taking off and landing via the camera's situated in the front of the plane and the bottom. If I could, I would always use Emirates

I had heard great things about Emirates, and have now experienced their fantastic service 3 times. They have a wonderful frequent flyer program which is free to join. I had enough points to fly to New Zealand after I flew to Europe (just once). I travelled in their business class flight, and got free car transfers to and from all my flights. I will no longer fly any other airline.
