I have now just moved to do internet banking with ING as Westpac was charging me for having the previlidge of them having my money. What happened to the good old days where you use to get interest for putting money in the bank. The renovations in the office in Swanston street took too long and were very poorly organised. LOST ME WESTPAC.

The fish sold at this shop is the freshest in town. I work around the corner and have this as a special treat every Friday lunch time. Good idea to ring in advance if you have a short lunch at take it back to the office. Try the flake if you do nothing else. They do sell packs with salads and drinks, at ok prices compared to what other lunch places charge in the area.

I have now had HBA for 4 years, and remember the hassles I use to have with my old provider in years gone past. You don't think about your health insurance unless you need it, and I have to say since my son has need speech theorpy and my husband dental I have had not 1 problem. TOUCH WOOD.

I had heard great things about Emirates, and have now experienced their fantastic service 3 times. They have a wonderful frequent flyer program which is free to join. I had enough points to fly to New Zealand after I flew to Europe (just once). I travelled in their business class flight, and got free car transfers to and from all my flights. I will no longer fly any other airline.

I have recently had to use AAMI for a minor car accident and honestly they could not have been more helpful. They arranged a taxi for me to take my car to get fixed. It was fixed as promised, when and where they said. I even received a $30 because they didn't follow up with me within a couple of days of the car being fixed. I didn't even know this was one of their policies. It is so nice to have this type of service in a stressful time.

It took me a long time to see the value in Flybuys, but now I just shop where I would normally, and just produce my card when I buy things. It's really just something for nothing. I have noticed alot of the bonus offers have disappeared from Coles recently.

If you are looking for a great bank, look no further. I find the interest I get with ING every month is more than what I use to pay in monthly fees with my old bank. I love internet banking, so happy to do everything without going to a branch. They are modern and often have incentives to increase your savings.

I use Telstra because they appear to have the best network, but they really need to work on their customer service when you contact the call centre. You have to select 8 options to speak to an staff member, and then they transfer you to someone else, who inturn gets you back where you started. No wonder my phone bills are so high.

I truly can't bet the price that 3 offers. I have shopped around for every type of phone plan, and 3 comes up the best by far. It does help that most of my family and friends are on the plan also, so it's FREE 3 to 3. I pay only $10 a month and make approximately 300 calls a month.

I rang so many cleaners to get my house clean, and it was such a drama for everyone to quote and advise what they can and can't do. Jim's cleaning arrived when the said they would, quoted without any problems. The price is great and the cleaning is what I would expect. Thanks
