I called to arrange service for my fridge. Firstly, the phone manner of the person who answered was very friendly and professional. I was given a day and timeline of 9-12 of the day and informed that they would text to let me know approximately what time the service tech would arrive. I was advised of the service fee and the hourly labour charge upfront plus whatever the cost for the parts would be. I received a call the following day to say that they were able to fit my call in a day earlier. The tech arrived on time and the work carried out in a very timely manner. Even offered to help put food back into the freezer.
