This is a difficult one.. I am an Epson fan. I'm a Mac user and Epson printers are great. However, their back up service leaves much to be desired. I recently bought a new printer and have had problems printing.. so I rang. The phone service is frustrating with advice at each step of the way on how to access the website - which I had accessed to no resolution. So I finally reached an answering machine. Yes, they rang me back within 2 hrs - I had to wait around. Brian was very helpful and sent me an email to solve all of my problems. Yeah, right. Numerous emails later and still they won't listen/read what the real problem is and keep telling me the same thing. A week later and after much stress I explored, with much trial and error and Yippee!!!! I solved the problem myself!!!!
