Have been getting my services done here on my Land Rover and VW Multivan for over 8 years. Honest, great pricing (way below the dealerships) and amazing service, every time. Wonderful people. Highly recommend.

Took my Kia Carnival here for a service instead of the usual place and was impressed with the service, the free wash, written instructions on what needed to be fixed and the friendly service. Will be back.

I have been having my vehicles serviced here for several years. They are trustworthy, on time, competitively priced and go that extra mile in customer service. I've just had new front tyres and a wheel alignment last month and I can't recommend these guys enough, my cars driving like it's new again!

Consistency. Consistently professional. Consistently quality workmanship. Consistently informative and knowledgeable. These guys nail it every time.

My husband and I have been seeing the crew down at Euro-Aus a few times now and I cannot recommend them enough.

After neglecting our BMW for a while we were living O/S , upon returning, were looking for a trained and certified euro mechanic who we didn't have to travel miles to see.
Importantly, a mechanic we felt we could trust and trust that they knew what they were doing with an Euro auto.
Some one who knew BMW's who could bring our baby back up to scratch.

From the initial contact with Euro-Aus, Saraya over the phone, to Stan's knowledge of BMW, the professional workmanship and the attention to detail is what keeps us coming back.

Recently (Mid November) we took our car in to have the power steering hose replaced, and new brake pads and rotors and general service.

Again 100% quality.

The team were really flexible in fitting us in and completing the job for us in the day.

There is always a direct and open line of communication with them, as Stan calling my husband and vice versa if there were any questions or details to discuss.
Totally approachable.

I love the detailed run down of the service when you pick your car up, what upcoming services could entail, price break down of the service and even the professional touch of them detailing your car for you, ready for your pick up.

We love the team at Euro-Aus and will continue to go there for all of our BMW services. A euro specialist and team we can trust, with a consistently high quality service.

Best mechanic we have ever used, literally. Have been servicing our cars here for a number of years both European and non European cars and could not be happier with their pricing and also Stan's mechanical knowledge. Now we can also get our tyres aligned and balanced here too don't know of any other mechanics in the Redlands that offer a one stop shop. We also have other family members who get their cars serviced here and I always here glowing reports. Customer service is fantastic. Loan car available, free car wash, quick turn around on parts ordered, knowledgeable mechanic, friendly faces and people who genuinely care about their business and their customers, what more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

If you want your car serviced as per the book at competitive rates then they pass the test. If you want to be treated as a person then go elsewhere.
I have never been so insulted by a mechanic in all my life. I worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years and I even trained service managers and advisers for a major franchise. I have never met an individual who was so rude and condescending. I only took my car to this place because I had just purchased a second hand A6 and wanted a report on any issues with the vehicle. When I booked the vehicle in for a 105K service I was told that this was a minor service. The mechanic told me it needed a timing belt change at 105K which makes it a major service. When I asked why this was not mentioned in the Audi service schedule he told me I did not know what I was talking about, but not that politely. Mind you I only asked why it was not in the Audi service schedule and why I was not told this when I booked the vehicle in.
To make matters worse my wife was with me. She did not say a word during this one way conversation but it did not stop him from insulting her, at which I just shook my head and walked out.
Does my car run better? Yes. Do I know what needs to be fixed on my vehicle. No. The service report does not even mention that the timing belt needs to be changed. Do I appreciate my wife being insulted for just being there? NO WAY.
Maybe I just got him on a bad day but somehow I do not think that is the case. The girl at reception was nice and polite and helpful. Maybe this mechanic should not be allowed to talk to customers. I am the first to agree that some customers can be a pain and customers are not always wright but insulting people is not going to win you business.
Both my wife and myself have had a very nerve racking experience that will take some time to get over.

I read this and was quite shocked. I was the person who spoke to you when you came in for advice on your gearbox issue. When you called to book in you booked for an oil service and report on gearbox issue. We serviced the car as per your request. The bill was as quoted and you were given a full written report on your car. The mechanic tried to explain to you the issues with your car. A timing belt takes 4 hours to do. When a customer asks for a quote on an oil service and books in for that we allocate 1.5hours. I am sorry that you did not expect a car that you purchased on greys to have issues but this is not euroaus fault. In regards to him being rude to your wife. I heard the whole conversation and we both know that is not truth. We also took some time to get over your visit too. But i am glad your car is running better.

I took my Volkswagen golf to euro aus. I am so happy I found them. they have been wonderful to deal with and they took such great care with my car. it has never driven better. so happy. my boyfriend got his tyres done through them. they not only beat his other quotes they did a follow up wheel alignment for free. great shop, great people

great service, better price. They service my ML350 and my companies cars & utes. they do a great job. they also do our tyre and wheel alignments. very happy with the service.

had problems with my audi with the rear lights playing up. took it to them and they fixed it straight away and only charged me $40 for the bulb holder. i then got the girl to quote me on a service (i had just had done at audi centre) they were over half the price. i wish i had found them sooner. They have all the computers to. very professional
