I tend to hire for Europcar because of their wide selection of cars and their choices for their base models are better than some other places. Service is efficient and friendly at this location.

Hired an Audi from here for my wedding. Originally booked it through a 3rd party website but a few days before I checked the price direct on their website and it was cheaper! So I cancelled my other booking and booked direct. When I picked up the car they had a white audi wagon ready... not quite the sedan I expected for my wedding. But the staff were very helpful and located a red sedan at Brisbane airport and let me drive there to swap cars at no cost. The car was beautiful and really made my wedding. Thanks!

Have hired a few cars from them now,and so far have had all good experiences.Prices are competitve,got a free upgrade last time.Need to watch out for hidden costs though,as I got hit with them at the airport!
