Every time I have an issue with my computers Mark has always responded the same day sometimes within a few hours. He will either fix the problem with advice over the phone ( for a quick fix) or make an appointment within 24 hours. He has been able to sort out the problem with minimum disruption.

Mark from Express IT has been to my home a handful of times and I have always felt at ease and comfortable. Not only has he solved my computer conundrums, but he has given me tips and advice and been super friendly too-boot. He is very personable, trustworthy and seems to be really into what he does.
