Horrible experience never showed up to the job sent a message after 30 min saying they were here and tried calling yet no missed calls or truck outside my house only communicated once saying they were trying to sort it out then dodged all calls and messages from that point on avoid at all cost total scam

Unfortunately JP had unforeseen issues with the move prior to mine.
Where JP was unprofessional he did not communicate with me. He did not answer my calls. He replies by text that took forever to come through, and was not honest to start off. To summarise his texts that he will not be able to do my move after 3pm and suggested I should find someone in Airtasker. A 4 bedroom house.
I understand it was out of his control, but how he handled the situation was very unprofessional. Always be transparent and answer your phone.

These guys had great communication prior to the move, showed up on time, packed and loaded the truck SO fast and efficiently, arrived at the house before I did, got everything into my new place safely, had positive energy and smiles the whole time - all while offerring a really competitive rate. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.
