We have had two air cons installed by Ezy Air, the first was installed by Rob and Dave in March 2014 and the second was installed by Chris, Slape and Cheese on 22/01/16. On both occasions we ordered the air cons and they were installed within a week of the first contact with the company. They are very efficient and and we are very happy with both installations. They worked as a team and completed the work very satisfactorily. They went out of their way to install the air conditioners and explain how to operate. After using the online tools on Ezy Air's website, and asking for a quote, I received both a phone call and an email from Ho, who talked through our particular needs, answered my questions thoroughly and sent through a quote promptly. He was very helpful in the process of choosing the right product for us.

Our installers, Dave and Nath, texted us the day before installation, turned up on time and were courteous and respectful of the space, completing their task quickly and providing helpful information about how to use and care for our new air conditioners.

A very friendly team from Ezy Air (JP, Alex and Elliot) installed a split system in my house - and it was not just a basic installation. The work quality is excellent and they also fixed an odd issue with an old power point. Thanks to Leigh at Ezy Air I've had the best customer experience! I was experiencing issues with my body corporate committee to get air conditioning approved. Leigh was so helpful in providing all the documents and information I needed to help get my request over the line. After months of back and forward with the committee they finally allowed to me to install air con. I called Ezy Air and Leigh remembered exactly who I was, what I wanted installed and we've now organised an install date in just 2 weeks time! Leigh was super friendly to deal with and so helpful. If I could give Leigh and Ezy Air 6 stars, I would.

I had my reverse cycle air conditioner (fujitsu) installed by Tom & Josh this morning. They did a wonderful job. They explained everything along the way. We had a tricky problem with the install which they manage to find a solution to that was better than the original plan. Hats off to Ezy Air. Ezy air were great to deal with from the start. Leigh handled all my inquires and questions very well giving me all the options and answers I was after. The install of a 2.5KW unit in my bedroom was timely and efficient. Chris explained every step of the install and ran through all the setting to make sure I was comfortable with the unit and they tidied up before they left. The pricing seemed competitive. Matched the best quote I could find for a split system and the service was friendly and punctual. This is the second time I've used them and staff are fantastic. Ho sorted me out (again) with a good price and Caleb and Luke done the installation; two more polite guys I've not met. Will use them again for any similar work.

Love Ezyair! Had our air conditioner installed this week. Very professional job from beginning, with pricing and quotes etc., right through to installation. I chose Ezyair because of the hundreds of positive reviews online and 100% 5 star rating. Tom and Josh did a wonderful job. I give Ezyair 5/5 too. Very happy. (They clean up too!!)

Our ancient air con unit broke down so I contacted Ezy Air after reading positive reviews. Spoke to Dan and agreed to send more details about our needs. Communication was really good, and Ezy Air were able to come out sooner than expected, so within 10 days from initial contact we had the old unit replaced and two other units installed. The team were really friendly and efficient and got the job done quickly, leaving a cool, tidy house!
