Although very busy he promptly attended to thoroughly assess our roof and methodically seek to identify the cause for our leaks. As our problem was complex we sought a number of other quotes and all others proclaiming to be experts seemed to offer quotes which did not actually target the source of the leak. He is honest and practices with integrity. He made it clear to us that he wouldn't be able to complete all the works required immediately but completed the necessary more urgent works promptly and scheduled in the remaining larger works at a mutually convenient time.
