Left a message on the EzyAir website and Dan came onsite to inspect and provide a quote the following morning. He was very respectful and explained the steps and costs involved. Dan also offered to service my existing split system for a discount which i was more than happy to take up his offer.

Dave and Issac came to perform the installation on a hot and rainy day. Both of them were very friendly and worked throughout the rain which impressed me with their professionalism. They also cleaned up the mess after the installation as well as took all the rubbish (cardboard, styrofoam) with them when they left.

They also did an excellent job with the service of my existing split system. There was an issue at the end but I have purchased a new remote for my existing split system, so everything is working fine.

Having read the good reviews online, I was keen to see amazing they were. Now i can say that i am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend EzyAir to anyone.

Absolutely amazing. From the very first phone call to the completion of the installation. Ho, the sales consultant was extremely detailed with his assessment of my air conditioning needs, no BS, not pushy and did not try to up-sell different brands of split systems. He was genuinely concerned about my cooling requirements. Settled on a Toshiba Daiseikai and it was perfect. Quiet and powerful - just as promised. Compared quotes with other companies but nobody else could match their price and service. The installers Josh.A and Olly were the most friendly and professional installers i have ever met in the industry. Took only 3 hours, tested the system, serviced my old units, explained how everything worked and cleaned up after they left. No fuss. Just got the Job done. That's what i wanted. Simply, easy and great price. Would use EzyAir again and again. Thanks guys!

Pleasantly surprised to find a trade-based company who were exceptionally professional in their installation.

Furthermore, the entire quoting process was done excellently, they were detailed in their information, provided feedback and recommendations and were friendly and courteous.

They were a real delight after dealing with some really poor companies over the holiday break. They arrived on time, and Luke, Kush and Nick worked very hard on a hot day to get everything done. Not only that, they were friendly, very clean and did an outstanding job installing it.

You can find cheaper, if you search hard but DON'T!! The small premium you pay is made up for tenfold by the amazing knowledge, customer service and technical expertise of this company and it's people.

Leigh was a pleasure to deal with, and very informed about his trade and the options available... I had a slightly complex job and we worked it all out together.

He knew all the ins & outs even of the warranty conditions for each brand, meaning I would not have been covered by warranty if I'd chosen the wrong brand - but Leigh set me up with the right details!!
