I’m only leaving 1 star because I cannot leave zero stars. Sonia and her staff are THE WORST company I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with. Calls, emails and texts not returned. Despite regular clear communication on requirements (eg-organisation of collecting keys for access as I was moving interstate), these simple instructions still were not followed. I had done half of the bond clean myself, yet still the staff had to return TWICE-after returning the first time, the agent couldn’t see any difference. They would promise to collect keys and turn up, and not follow through. I went with them as they were recommended by the agent, and NEVER AGAIN. Save your money, save your sanity and save your blood pressure! Do not use Ezy As Cleaning.

In Dec 2022 I engaged Ezy As Cleaning Services for end of contract bond cleaning a 3 bedroom villa in Eight Mile Plains. I find that Ezy As Cleaning Services staff were inexperieinced and very poor quality of workmanship. Their cleaning equipment are substandard and get broken down during the cleaning process. Ezy As Cleaning Services use third party workers who are not professional cleaners to do repeat cleaning and do not complete the task property. I am very disappointed with Ezy As Cleaning Services who claim that they have several years of experience. Based on my experience do not pay advance and also type of cleaning services is unsatisfactory. The owner has charged me extra for the rework due to Ezy As Cleaning Services poor quality work

$800 for a carpet clean and bond clean on a large 5-bedroom house. We received our bond back in full. Great work, would highly recommend.

My realtor has used this service before and recommended them highly. They were right! The end of lease cleaning of my 2BR unit was done promptly, thoroughly, and I trusted the team completely with balance of payment in cash.
I will certainly choose this service on my next move and will not hesitate to let my friends know they are a good cleaner.

[Removed comment] I would definitely not recommend them. After them giving me 3 different prices I gave them the benefit of the doubt and payed them, find out 2 days later that the cleaning they did my 4 year old could have done. For the rest of the week I tryed to get them to come back and clean the house properly and they didn't (so much for 7 days Guarantee).So me and my family are out of pocket $500 because of this company and I still had to do a bond clean my self to fix it.
I have to many bad pictures to show but there were still cobwebs, still dirty windows, still dirty over and tracks, still stickers and dirt in the floors.
