A relatively minor mistake was made leaving out a custom corner fillet on our benchtop, and they were more than happy to do anything and everything necessary to fix the issue, and we actually declined since the problem was minor compared to the effort it would take to change it. They were ready and willing to do anything necessary, and all other tweaks for fitment of sink and windows were handled quickly and efficiently. Service gets no better.
