Can only recommend staying away from FactoryFast as they are customer unfriendly, arrogant, and ignorant and deliver the worst service ever.
They are not even frightened by a 6:30 Report threat any longer – business must be going very bad....
Absolute dodgy place and the unfortunate side effect one looses any inclination to buy from the Internet....

Product purchased was missing parts poorly packaged for shipment so that the product could slide around. When contacted via email they laid the blame of the missing parts on the manufacturer.Refused to discuss the matter further.The worst online trading experience ever.

Bought 3 bicycles and a tuner, only the tuner and one bike arrived.
Firstly, they could not correct an issue with their website and I was no able to log on or view my purchase details and all they said was 'oh well, we don't know either'.
When I emailed them (due to their lack of contact numbers) I was informed that it was the customers job to track the delivery. So I did.
I was informed by aust post that they had sent it back a few days later, the only notes on the dispatch was 'oversized'. no delivery was attempted, no consignment note, no nothing, just one bike out of 3 ordered.
They then told me that if they do have the bikes I would be charged for a second postage or charged for putting the item back on the shelf?!?!
I will attempt to get the item charged back by my credit card, it has been over two weeks, I'm hoping that it will soon resolve, but from the experience I'm not expecting them to try and help.
now read two bad ratings of this company and wished I had read about it first. Too bad, will not be shopping here again and strongly suggest anyone reconsider another store, even if this place is $50 less, not worth the aggravation, I think I got their number from another site though for anyone who needs it 02 8003 3329, good luck if someone will pick it up.

these people offer you deals, but do not go ahead with them. They lack customer service skills, and take endlessly to get back to you. I have sworn off this company and prefer to look elsewhere

I wanted to buy something on there website and i was trying to find a phone number to contact them but there was no number to contact anyone so i had to submit an email i received a generated email stating "that Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly". I had sent 2 urgent emails and no-one responded to my inquiry its been over 2 weeks now. What had happened was i had seen 2 different advertised prices for a product by this company, when i sent them 2 urgent emails asking why they had 2 different prices listed for exactly the same product as i wanted to buy the product i received no repsonse. But to my shock within days the cheaper advertised price was removed and they didnt even bother emailing me back to let me know what had happened as they knew they would have to sell it to me at the advertised price. Shonky......
