Luke was very helpful with finding me a block at Riverlea. I was lost to be honest as who to contact but when i found his number on the builders site, he assisted me to get one. Thank you soo much!!

I cannot recommend a company who has such poor communication. No one returns calls or emails. Such poor behaviour from a well known SA company. Disappointing beyond belief!

I did have alot of disappointment with my Salesman as he was given the complete quote from another reputable home builder I was going to use. So apples for apples. Unfortunately I was misled which cost me Extra.
Fairmont reception were Fantastic and Very supportive.
Site building Gangs were Fantastic and tidy. Of course like any build some problems.
Site supervisor did his job and everything fell into place and built Very Fast as very efficient trades
4 years later living in the Wonderful home I designed and they built. I had some minor faults found due to movement.
I sent an email to the reception staff to inform them. They got in touch promptly and Trades have just about rectified the problems
So I am Shocked to have stumbled across this site. Reading the Very Bad experiences you have had.
I have not stopped word of mouth giving Positive feedback to people wanting to build their Dream home. Fairmont Homes builds a great home for a good price

Poor customer service by Wayde Drewett..

Building your dream home is supposed to make you feel like you've succeeded in life, not anger and frustration as this company will make you feel. I would definitely suggest to anyone else to go with a more expensive builder or take a chance with a new, unproven builder. Fairmont has progressively gone downhill in the last 2 decades. Im scared the quality of build is going to be the same as the customer service they provide.

Fairmount built my house and the quality and service is poor. If you would like to see their building expertise and workmanship come and expect my house. Sadly I will never ever use them again.

We can highly recommend Daniel Stone as our designer and very pleased with the finished product of our home. Although the build took longer than we originally anticipated Gary our new Supervisor was always efficient and responsive. The end result is of high quality and we are very happy. Thank you Fairmont Homes and associated staff.

I built with Fairmont Homes in 2020 and have been in my new house for 6 months now.
Before construction the process was relatively easy and stress free. However, once construction began it became apparent that the site manager was over stretched and under resourced, by his own admission to me on the phone, He was unable to answer simple questions and seemed to know almost nothing that was happening on site and this is when mistake started to be made from rendering not being done down the side of the house to incorrect placement of the rainwater tank in the backyard.
After PCI and once I moved, I found that the customer service level deteriorated further, as I was made to feel like a nuisance and talked down to when I raised issues with flooring and the placement of the rainwater tank. Fairmont refused to answer my question about differentiating from the final plan without my formal approval and failed to provide amendments to my final plan pertaining to where the placed my rainwater tank. Tradesmen that came to my house to fix these issues also commented upon poor build quality and weren't surprised that I had issues with communication and customer service.
Unfortunately, due to my poor experience, I would not recommend Fairmont Homes to anyone. Please try your luck with another build.

Agreed with other reviews .Very poor customer service .They treat you like badly after the contract snub you and gave you unreasonable price for a change .Sales consultant are very casual and not serious about what statement they are giving .The info they gave before contract was not true at all .They try to rip you off whenever they get a chance .I am in pre construction stage and want to change builder when my dreams or changes what I want can't be done .They people who have self respect should not go with this builder as they give you so much stress and headaches .

This review i am purely based on the customer service offered by Fairmonthomes. It is horrible, they have shown no concept of dedicated staff and neither any process for this.

Let's start from sales, when i had first appointment with sales consultant, i was amazed to see depth of his knowledge. I got my quote not very quick but in a week time. It was detailed and having allot of things from person with no construction background. Poor experience started from this part onward. When i asked for couple more changes and asked from revised quote, sales consultant stopped responding with long response.

Although i signed contract after having multiple changes and more over changing sales consultant.

Second part was Selection, Direct interior was the worst place and only place i would never like to go. Very poor attitude of the employees and set mentality to serve, i was feeling like i am not buying but begging from them. Even though you want to put money they have no support show better option to customer, simply because they want to fit customer intheir set modules.

Final selection was another poor experience, the lady we had appointment was like on war foot for us to except whatever decided.

Now i am waiting for construction process, will share that experience too.
