This review i am purely based on the customer service offered by Fairmonthomes. It is horrible, they have shown no concept of dedicated staff and neither any process for this.

Let's start from sales, when i had first appointment with sales consultant, i was amazed to see depth of his knowledge. I got my quote not very quick but in a week time. It was detailed and having allot of things from person with no construction background. Poor experience started from this part onward. When i asked for couple more changes and asked from revised quote, sales consultant stopped responding with long response.

Although i signed contract after having multiple changes and more over changing sales consultant.

Second part was Selection, Direct interior was the worst place and only place i would never like to go. Very poor attitude of the employees and set mentality to serve, i was feeling like i am not buying but begging from them. Even though you want to put money they have no support show better option to customer, simply because they want to fit customer intheir set modules.

Final selection was another poor experience, the lady we had appointment was like on war foot for us to except whatever decided.

Now i am waiting for construction process, will share that experience too.
