Nick Henry attended today to repair a burst pipe behind the kitchen cupboard. Nick arrived early, assessed the problem and advised what he was going to have to do and quoted before proceeding. Nick was very professional and provided a great service. Very knowledgeable I would have no problem recommending Nick. He is a great asset to Fallon's. Very appreciative of the professional manner and the outcome of his attendance. Thanks Nick!

Dan H was (electrician) also called out as an emergency today. Arrived within half an hour. Extremely polite and explained everything he was doing as he went along and before hand. Quickly found the problem and fixed it promptly. Very knowledgable. Also went over in detail other items around the house that need upgrading and provided a quote. Dan is an asset to Fallon's and would have no problem recommending. Extremely happy and appreciative of his quick response and the outcome of his attendance.

Dan spent time talking to me and explaining what the process will involve during his visit and what options i had after he did his inspection report.

I was surprised to learn about some of the new technology that is out there for home owners to make their homes safer.

Dan was a true gentleman, very respectful, professional and knows his trade (Electrician) young man and well mannered at all times.

He is a real credit to Fallon and my wife and I have used Fallon before and have always felt that we can trust them and they have always delivered a professional service at all times.
That's gives us confidence in their people and products they used to service what ever the job requires.

Prompt and friendly, work completed to a high standard, they even follow up afterwards to make sure all is going ok. I feel confident getting a Fallon tradesman out, I know they'll turn up on time, will do a good job, and won't give me any of the usual frustrating runaround, but that good service comes at a high price!

The electrician was polite , prompt , clean , efficient and I signed the contract knowing I was paying way too much for what I was getting , but it had to be done ,,,, never again ,,, love their plumbers , it was a good price for a good job , but I will never pay over 300 dollars to have a light switch fixed again . Then there was the instalment of three smoke alarms , 915 dollars ,,, as they say , a fool is easily parted from his money

Recently our washing machine started to get quite noisy during the spin cycle, as though possibly the bearings were wearing out. I contacted Fallon Solutions, a local handyman service here in Brisbane. The technician who come out decided that the motor and belt needed replacing which he duly did a week later once they had the necessary parts. Cost $342. Unfortunately, the noise, while much reduced initially, had not gone away and got rapidly worse over the following week or so. After contacting Fallon saying that the problem wasn’t fixed they sent out another technician who confirmed that it was the bearings that were the problem and the cost would be at least another $400. We complained saying that if we had known that the repairs would’ve cost nearly as much as a new one we would’ve just replaced the washing machine. It would have been easy for them to tell me to go away but Fallon agreed and reimbursed us the cost of the repair. Thank you Fallon

This morning michael nguyen the air conditioning technician came to service the fujitsu air conditioner in the bed room.

Have been very pleased with the professional way that Joel Leslie and Jeremy have advised me and carried out the work. They have been efficient with the way the work was carried out and easy to talk with.

my comments relate to the pricing structure for Fallon Solutions, I could not fault there workmanship and the way the electrician was courteous be sure to get the pricing up front.
We had 1 power point ($131 for 1 double) and two light switches, cost $262 for two light switches. Total cost $380, Yes I accepted the quote because I was concerned for the safety of my family. I checked and found I could buy the parts for between $17 & $40 for each part after job was completed.
I will definitely will not be recommending and or using Fallon ever again.
