Prompt and friendly, work completed to a high standard, they even follow up afterwards to make sure all is going ok. I feel confident getting a Fallon tradesman out, I know they'll turn up on time, will do a good job, and won't give me any of the usual frustrating runaround, but that good service comes at a high price!

I got a new concrete area at the back of my house, adjoining existing concrete path around the house, and a small slab for the letterbox. A Bout Town Concrete did a fantastic job with extremely good attention to detail. The free written quote had all the details I'd asked for, very complete. The slab has thicker reinforcing all round the perimeter to hold a patio roof, other quotes I got would only reinforce small areas. The guys were very co-operative working with my existing pest contractor to get the termite barrier in. The old concrete had a stencil pattern, so they matched the same stencil and even lined up the pattern, so the new concrete looks like a continuation of the old concrete. As they took up lawn for the new slab, they kept the top grass aside, and built up ground around the new slab then put the grass back on top - as a result, I have a good lawn on the new dirt, saving me the bother of having to grow grass myself. My existing concrete had an oxide color on top, but I wanted the concrete all a different color, so A Bout Town Concrete Services got a tinted sealer which covers the new and existing concrete exactly how I wanted. When painting and sealing the concrete, the edges were painted by hand with a brush to avoid getting paint on my existing brick work. The worksite was left clean, you could barely tell they'd been there, they even closed the gate on the way out. I'm very happy with the quality of the job and all the little things to make it stand out as a job well done. These guys obviously take real pride in their work. Fantastic! My garage door motor died, I left a message with Andy and he called back within 15 minutes. He gave me an accurate quote over the phone. I had a day at home coming during the week, so we organised the job for that day, and Andy turned up exactly when he said he would. My door had been weighted incorrectly, which probably contributed to the old motor dying, so he fixed all that up too. Now the operation of the door is silky smooth and much easier to lift manually as well, which should help the new motor last longer than the old one. Andy is a great tradesman who has fantastic customer service and takes pride in doing a proper job. I couldn't be happier, I would recommend River City Doors in a heartbeat.
